Specializing in Pre-Fabricated Trusses and Wall Frames, we can also supply, Engineered Floor Systems and flooring, Structural Beams Inc; LVL, LGL, 17, 18 & 21c, Quality Termite protected Timbers Inc; Framing Timber, Ceiling & Roof Battens, Bracing Ply.
As manufacturers of engineered prefabricated timber roof trusses and Pre-Nail wall Frames, we supply to all types of domestic and commercial projects. Meeting customers’ requirements with ease with the industry leading design software from Mitek ensuring all engineering specifications comply with Australian standards.
Bring your building plans to our office or email them to us and with our Mitek software we will provide an as built Roof and Wall Frame design along with an obligation free quote.

Locally owned and Operated Bowen Truss and Framing is closely affiliated with Bowen Home Hardware. Bowen Truss & Framing has been supplying quality Trusses and Frames to the Whitsundays since 2004 and a licenced Mitek Fabricator since 2008.
Manager Andrew Spratt has over 25years experience in the building and Pre-Fabrication industry. Having both constructed and designed Pre-Fabricated Frames and Trusses he has a good firm knowledge of the Truss Industry and as Head Detailer puts all those years of knowledge into each and every Truss Design. Often contacted by local Architects and Engineers for information and advice during the design stage, his knowledge is an important tool in the difficult Cyclonic design conditions that are the Whitsundays.

FRAMES
Bowen Truss & Framing will design Pre-Fabricated Frames to your plans fully engineered and Australian Building Code Compliant using the Mitek Software.
Our Frames are constructed of Machine Stress Graded Treated Pine.
Each of our Frames supplied come with easy to read waterproof Site Plans fully dimensioned with all openings clearly marked.
All certification documents and plans also provided and can be emailed in PDF for future reference.
TRUSSES
Bowen Truss & Framing will design Trusses to your plans fully engineered and Australian Building Code Compliant using the Mitek Software.
Our Trusses are constructed of Machine Stress Graded Treated Pine and Engineered LVL, or in some cases Hardwood.
With the Trusses we will provide a fully dimensioned Truss Plan with easy to identify truss connections and Tie Downs. We can also provide all Truss to Truss connectors , Tie downs and Bracing if required.
All Certification documents and plans provided and can be emailed in PDF for future reference.
FLOOR SYSTEMS & FLOORING
Bowen Truss and Framing will send your plans to our suppliers to obtain an engineered floor design, plan and take-off in your choice of I-Joist or LVL Beams.
This can be tailored to suit the builders needs i.e. with or without set-downs to wet areas, can also include deck joists if required. We can also include sheet flooring and adhesives if required.
Also if you have a Pitched Raftered are in LVL or I Joists these can also be engineered and supplied.
All certification and relevant documents provided with the floor systems.
